Ordering Information Boutique Any item in the Etsy boutique is available for immediate purchase. Simply add the item to your cart in Etsy, and follow the site's instructions. That's it! :) Custom Orders Any beads pictured in the gallery or marked as "SOLD" in the Etsy boutique can be recreated (as closely as possible) at your request. Due to the nature of handmade, lampwork beads, I cannot guarantee the glass beads will be exact copies of the originals. To place a custom order, simply send me a message with which beads you're interested in (you may also place a custom request through Etsy's Alchemy process). Once I receive your message, I will reply with the price of the items and a timeframe in which I can complete the order. Full payment is due before I can begin working on your custom beads. As soon as I've completed your order, I'll email you an image of the finished beads to ensure you're satisfied with them. Once you're happy, I'll ship the bead out the following business day.
